Ram-Zet - "Neutralized" (2009)

Label : Ascendance Records

Review By Erwin Van Dijk

Ascendance Records is not a label for people who are looking for easy popcorn metal.

Bands like Flowing Tears and Diablo Swing Orchestra are definitely not mainstream female fronted bands. Like Flowing Tears and Diablo, Ram-Zet aren't afraid for an experiment.

Ram-Zet’s latest album "Neutralized" sounds like a journey through various styles of metal.

"Neutralized" is Ram-Zet’s fourth album. There are melancholic songs, fast and almost black metal parts and anything in between. The band describes it as “Complex and diverse” and they are right. And, best of all, every time you will play "Neutralized" you will hear something new.

Ram-Zet has a really original take on music and deserves a change.

The album was mixed and mastered by Brett Caldas-Lima at Tower studio.
